Mike Morgan - President and CEO
Mr. Morgan brings over 30 years of experience in the Aerospace Industry with an extensive background in systems and software development for air transport, military, business jet and general aviation applications. His background includes leadership experience in all aspects of Aerospace software, product, and business development, as well as over 12 years experience in globalization and outsource management. Mr. Morgan holds a BSEE from Oregon State University, is a private pilot and an adjunct professor on digital avionics design at UCLA.
Earl Swart - Director of Engineering
Mr. Swart has over 32 years of experience developing software in the Aerospace Industry. His background includes over 17 years experience in flight controls including system design, software development, hardware/software integration, and aircraft simulation. He has over 9 years experience in aircraft display software integration and test as well as 10 years technical experience in navigation systems. He holds BS and MS degrees in Engineering from Arizona State University.
Jose Nava - Director of Software Engineering
Mr. Nava has over 16 years of experience working in the Software Industry, with extensive experience leading international IT Software and Research Programs working with CRM/ERP, WMS, Data Mining, Big Data, Traceability, BPM, Aerospace and Industrial automation projects. He has a strong development process background as well as a research background in Artificial Intelligence. He has contributed to three books on Software and Artifical Intelligence published in the US and two in Spain. He also has published his work in international conferences and Journals (Springer LNAI). He holds a BS in Computer Science and an MS Degree in Systems Engineering.
Nayeli Valdéz - Director of Quality
Nayeli has over 10 years of experience in process improvement and quality assurance activities in the Software Industry. She has experience in CMMI model and has participated in several process appraisals. She holds a master’s degree in Logistics and Quality Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Sonora.
Josue Olivas - Director of Information Technology
Mr. Olivas has over 15 years of experience as a system administrator and system consultant in building IT systems for many large and medium sized companies. He has background in networking, infrastructure, technical support, project management, programming and databases. He holds BS and MS degrees in Administration of Information Technology from the Tecnologico de Monterrey. He is a Microsoft certified professional and a part-time professor at the ITESM University.
Marcia Orozco - Director of Human Resources
With over 15 years experience in recruiting, developing, and managing human capital, Marcia brings a diverse background in international operations, human capital strategic planning and Mexican labor law compliance. Marcia is responsible for recruiting top talent and implementation of human resource strategies for long-term success of the company. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the Technological Institute of Sonora.
Yolanda Felix - Director of Finance
Ms. Felix is an expert in international finance and holds a Masters degree in business administration from Universidad Tecmilenio. She has extensive experience in multi currency accounting as well as international banking and transaction management. She is experienced in bi-lingual contract management with legal fluency in both English and Spanish. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Accounting from the Instituto Tecnologico de Sonora.
Dave Tiller - Vice President of Partner Development, Southwest Region
Dave has over 30 years in Technical Sales and Management and has served in a wide range of organizations from start-up companies to Fortune 50 corporations. Dave began his career with Xerox Corporation and later joined a software and services technology company in Phoenix where he developed a Nationwide Reseller Sales Channel. Dave also led a team of engineers at Intel to deliver a highly secure, go-live website for the world’s largest medical association. Dave has a strong belief in giving back to his community and is a very active member of Rotary International, a worldwide service organization. He also is a member of the Global Chamber of Commerce and many local non-profits.
David Miller - Vice President of Business Development, Northwest Region
David has over 30 years of experience in sales and sales management working with a number of large corporations. David has experience in selling marketing services data as well as IT solutions and SaaS within the aerospace industry. He previously held VP of Sales positions in healthcare, IT outsourcing, and IP data and was head of a division responsible for over $165 million in revenue. He has been the recipient of numerous President’s Club awards and specializes in relationship and business development. David holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the London Business School, London, England.
